







Services provided: The JLS Agency worked with Shaner to develop a new brand identity for the hotel ownership and management group. This rebranding effort began with a redesigned logo, which served as a design beacon for the rest of the effort, including a print advertising campaign. On the publishing end of things, the JLS team wrote and designed a new Shaner corporate brochure and corporate publication. The JLS interactive team programmed and designed a new website, while a national public relations campaign was launched announcing the rebranding.

Services provided: Recently, the team at The JLS Agency worked with The Newport Hotel to implement a fully-integrated media campaign promoting their hotel and restaurant. As part of this effort, the hotel's website underwent a thorough renovation, including a new design and improved programming. Plus, a direct mail campaign was developed, including design and strategic planning for its distribution. In addition, new print collateral and web banner ads were designed, reflecting a uniform, consistent brand image. Video was shot and edited for a TV spot and an online video, and a photo shoot was performed. Finally, an email marketing effort was launched and a public relations campaign was implemented.

Services provided: In April of 2009, the management of The Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina approached The JLS Agency about producing a television commercial campaign targeting the property's diverse target demographic. JLS ended up creating two spots for the property, each targeting a specific audience. One spot, featuring a younger couple enjoying the destination property, was meant to position the hotel as a resort of choice among a younger demographic (ages 18-34). The second spot won a platinum Ava award and targeted older, more affluent customers, ages 35+ (the property's core target market).

Services provided: Lights, Camera, Leadership is an award-winning curriculum contracted for design,editing and layout to JLS by a group of Penn State University Students. The goal of the student-created curriculum is to help educators use pop culture within lesson plans. The JLS Agency was retained to design a logo, layout 26 lesson plans, set up the printing and produce a keynote to be used for presenting the new curriculum.

The new company requested several JLS services, including a corporate identity package, website, online video and public relations work. The newly-formed company's goal is to acquire notes and mortgages on luxury hotels and condominiums throughout the United States.
