Sylvia began working for JLS in December 2008 as the Accounting Manager. She obtained her B.S. in finance and economics from The Pennsylvania State University and also has her paralegal certification.

Her experience includes working for the top two Fortune 500 companies, ExxonMobil and Wal-Mart Corporation. At ExxonMobil, she held positions in the fuels marketing department in distributor business, category management and dealer business. At Wal-Mart Corporation she was in training to be an assistant manager. She has also held the position of tax accountant for Shaner Corporation.

In her position at JLS, Sylvia likes watching the creative process unfold.

“I enjoy providing the support the creative team needs to develop concepts and goals for our clients,” Sylvia said. “It is interesting to see the creative process take place in order to obtain the end result.”

In Sylvia’s downtime, she enjoys checking out the next book on her reading list, spending time with family and friends or mountain biking. One of her lifetime goals is to bike across the country with her husband.

“I look forward to the thrill and challenge that this adventure and experience will provide. It will be a great way to meet new people and see the country.”
